Refunds
Because every resource is a digital download that you can use right away, all sales are final once a file has been delivered, except as below.
If something is wrong
If a file won’t open, is missing pages, or isn’t what the description says, email us within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll either fix it or refund you.
Bought the same resource twice?
If you buy a resource you already own (for example, on its own and again in a bundle), email us and we’ll give you a store credit.
